Managing Inventory: Quickly Creating Inventory Items & Recipes using Create Recipe Tool [SambaPOS V5]

NOTE: This guide assumes you know how to access the Manage section in SambaPOS.  If unsure, please check this guide on Accessing Manage Section.

If you are using SambaPOS V5, you can use the Create Recipe Tool to quickly add both Inventory Items and Recipes for those items from your Products in a few easy steps.  This works well when you have retail items or beverages that have a 1:1 relationship between Product and Inventory Item.

1. Login with an admin account, then navigate to Manage.
2. Click on Inventory > Recipes.
3. Click on Create Recipes.
4. Select the Categories to create recipes for.
5. Now select the Products from those categories.

Once completed, Inventory Items and Recipes will be created for all the Products you selected.
